What are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Intern to join our dynamic team at Spyne. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR, a strong desire to learn, and excellent communication skills. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions within a cutting-edge tech startup.

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office) – 5 days working

What will you do?

• Recruitment & Onboarding – Support the HR team in hiring, screening candidates, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• HR Documentation – Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, HR databases, and policy documentation.
• Employee Engagement – Help in organizing team events, including offsites, team bashes, birthday celebrations, and festivals.
• HR Projects & Initiatives – Collaborate with the HR team on strategic initiatives to enhance workplace culture and engagement.
• Process Improvement – Assist in streamlining HR workflows and policies to improve efficiency.

What you must have?

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute proactively to HR initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & HR tools (prior experience is a plus but not mandatory).
