What are we looking for?
We are seeking a Business Head – India to spearhead our India expansion, drive business growth, revenue, and strategic partnerships, and lead the development and adoption of our Retail Suite in the form of a Dealer Management System. This role is critical in shaping our India strategy while expanding into SEA and the Middle East (ME) over a period of time.
📍 Location: Gurugram (Work from Office, 5 days a week)
What will you do?
Strategic Growth & Business Expansion
- Own the P&L for India, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Retail Suite and DMS solutions in India.
- Identify BD opportunities, expand into India, SEA & ME, and scale Spyne’s AI-powered retail ecosystem.
Partnerships & Industry Networking
- Forge strategic OEM & dealer partnerships to accelerate adoption of Spyne’s AI-driven solutions.
- Leverage industry connections to drive business development and market penetration.
Revenue & Product Ownership
- Define and own revenue targets, tracking KPIs to drive growth.
- Work closely with the Product team to enhance the product for optimal market fit.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to create pricing models, sales strategies, and product roadmaps.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Build and lead a high-performance team, fostering a results-driven culture.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Ensure seamless execution and alignment between business and product goals.
What will make you successful in this role?
- Proven Business Leadership – 8-10 years of experience in P&L ownership, BD, sales, and strategic partnerships.
- Industry Expertise – Deep understanding of the automotive ecosystem, OEMs, dealers, and digital transformation.
- Strong Network – Established connections in OEMs, dealer networks, and automotive SaaS/tech industries.
- Revenue & Growth Focus – Track record of achieving revenue targets and scaling businesses.
- Strategic Mindset – Ability to develop and execute GTM strategies, drive partnerships, and expand in SEA & ME.
- Team & Stakeholder Management – Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to build high-performing teams.
- Strong Pedigree – Preferred background in top-tier institutions and high-growth SaaS startups.
