What Are We Looking For?
We’re on the hunt for a Lead Engineer (SDE III) who blends strong technical acumen with leadership excellence. You’ll lead a team of skilled engineers, guiding them to design and deliver high-quality, scalable software products that power our AI-first automotive retail solutions.

📍 Location: Gurugram (Work from Office, 5 days a week)
🖥 Role: Full-time, Lead Development Engineer / SDE III (4+ years experience)
What Will You Do?
  • Software Development – Lead by example by writing scalable, efficient, and maintainable code. Be the technical backbone of the team.
  • Technical Guidance – Make informed architectural decisions, solve complex engineering problems, and mentor developers to elevate team output.
  • Execution & Delivery – Champion engineering excellence through agile development, best practices, and timely releases of high-quality software.
  • Team Management – Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team. Cultivate a collaborative, innovative, and high-trust culture.
What Must You Have?
🔹 Technical Expertise
  • Deep knowledge of full-stack web development and backend systems.
  • Strong hands-on experience with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  • Proficiency in technologies like Redis, Kafka/Pub/Sub, MySQL, and job schedulers.
  • Experience in architecting and developing cloud-native applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
🔹 Execution Ability
  • Proven track record of delivering robust and scalable systems under tight timelines.
  • Adaptable to different software development methodologies and tools.
  • Passion for clean code, efficient processes, and product excellence.
🔹 Educational Background
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong foundation in OOP, system design, concurrency, and CS fundamentals.
🔹 Problem-Solving Skills
  • Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
  • Experience building and operating large-scale backend systems with high reliability and performance.
🔹 Hands-On Leadership
  • 4+ years of software engineering experience, Preferrable 1+ years in a lead or mentorship role.
  • Actively involved in coding, reviews, and system design discussions.
  • Ability to drive product direction through technical decisions.
🔹 Ownership & Mindset
  • Proactive and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and align engineering efforts with business goals.
