What are we looking for?

We are looking for a SDE I - Tech Support o join our Technology Team. You will diagnose and resolve complex software issues, develop tools and scripts to improve support processes, and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance product quality.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Analyze and diagnose complex software issues reported by customers, providing timely and effective solutions or workarounds.
  • Develop and maintain tools, scripts, and automation to enhance troubleshooting and improve support workflows.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to understand product functionality and contribute to product improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations and updates on issue resolution.
  • Document solutions, common issues, and best practices to enhance the knowledge base and support materials.
  • Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and user guides.
  • Identify and suggest process and tool improvements to enhance the support experience.
  • Stay current with product updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

What you must have ?

  • BTech/BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
  • 0-1 year exp is mandate including, proficiency in NodeJS or Python, SQL/NoSQL, ElasticSearch, Rest API
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
  • Should be comfortable for US shift (6:00 pm -3:00 am)
  • Implemented solutions that handle high availability, concurrency, low latency requirements
  • Strong command over Data structures, algorithms, OOD and common Design Patterns
  • Experience with Git and deployment systems
  • Good working experience with AWS; Cloud management systems
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
