What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Director – Sales Development (SDR) to lead, build, and scale our global SDR function. This role is foundational to accelerating our top-of-the-funnel motion, building qualified pipeline, and ensuring SDRs become a powerhouse for revenue generation.
📍 Location: Gurugram (Work from Office, 5 days a week)
🌎 Shift Timings: US Shift (6 PM – 3 AM IST)

📌 What will you do?
- Build and manage the global SDR function including hiring, onboarding, training & coaching SDRs.
- Design, execute, and optimize outbound prospecting strategies to generate high-quality leads.
- Define and implement scalable outreach processes using tools like LinkedIn, email, phone, and sales engagement platforms.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to define ICPs, messaging, and playbooks.
- Set aggressive KPIs for pipeline generation and hold the team accountable to daily/weekly metrics.
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Growth to ensure seamless MQL to SQL handoffs.
- Analyze SDR performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Report regularly on activity, conversion metrics, and pipeline generated.

- B2B SaaS Expertise: Proven experience building or leading a high-performing SDR team.
- Playbook Creator: Experience building outbound motion and cold outreach frameworks.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with modern sales tools (Salesloft/Outreach, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Leader-Coach: Ability to mentor SDRs and drive a high-performance culture.
- Data-Driven: Sharp analytical mindset and track record of exceeding targets.
- US Market Knowledge: Prior exposure to North America enterprise or mid-market prospecting.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and process orientation
