What are we looking for?

We are looking for a high-impact HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support and grow our 300+ strong team across functions like Tech, Product, Business Development, and Operations. You’ll work closely with leaders and teams to drive org effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance culture.
📍 Location: Gurugram (Work from Office, 5 days a week)

📌 What will you do?

  • Act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders on all people-related matters
  • Drive the end-to-end performance management cycle, including feedback, appraisals, and calibrations
  • Lead org health assessments, retention interventions, and succession planning
  • Address employee concerns, enable resolution frameworks, and support grievance redressals
  • Facilitate new leader assimilation, team dynamics sessions, and role clarity initiatives
  • Build frameworks for career pathing, manager effectiveness, and talent reviews
  • Collaborate with HR CoEs (TA, Ops, L&D) to execute org-wide people programs
  • Be a voice of the employee and influence company-wide culture initiatives

📊 What will a typical quarter at Spyne look like?

  • Run the annual appraisal process, peer feedback, and talent mapping
  • Partner with tech & business heads to identify performance and attrition hotspots
  • Lead skip-level connects and exit deep dives to influence people strategies
  • Collaborate with HR Ops to streamline onboarding, exits, and policy rollouts
  • Support capability building initiatives across managers and first-time leaders

🎯 What you must have?

  • 4+ years of HR experience with at least 2 years in an HRBP role
  • Strong exposure to performance management, org design, and stakeholder management
  • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth tech/SaaS company preferred
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across functional teams
