🎯 About the Role
As one of our first Account Executives in Europe, you’ll play a foundational role in our GTM team, responsible for unlocking key dealership and OEM accounts across the region. You will lead the sales process end-to-end and help bring the power of Spyne’s AI solutions to dealerships looking to scale their digital operations.

🧩 What You'll Do
- Own the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing across assigned European territories
- Prospect and generate leads via cold outreach, networking, events, and inbound funnel
- Deliver tailored demos and proposals, mapped to dealer-specific challenges and KPIs
- Build and nurture relationships with independent rooftops, dealer groups, and OEM partners
- Represent Spyne at auto expos and trade events to elevate visibility and drive new business
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a smooth pre- and post-sale experience
- Track all pipeline activities in HubSpot with ownership and discipline
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS and/or automotive retail experience preferred)
- Strong outbound prospecting, discovery, and closing skills
- Business fluency in English (additional EU languages like German, French, Spanish a plus)
- Experience selling into European markets with sensitivity to regional sales cycles and regulations
- Excellent communicator with the ability to explain tech-first products with clarity
- Self-starter with a passion for ownership, targets, and scaling new markets
- Willingness to travel 10–20% across Europe for client meetings, expos, and demos
