Role Overview
We’re looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial Key Account Manager (Partnerships) to own the full partnership lifecycle—from acquisition to account growth.
This role blends sales, business development, and partner success, and is critical to scaling our channel partner ecosystem across global markets. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, closing, onboarding, and scaling partnerships with resellers, aggregators, agencies, and tech platforms.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Partner Sales / Acquisition
- Identify and build a pipeline of qualified channel/reseller partners
- Pitch Spyne’s platform and GTM value proposition to decision-makers
- Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and onboarding coordination
- Manage partner lifecycle through CRM tools and assist with integration handoffs
🔹 Partner Account Management
- Own partner performance across volume, revenue, and activation metrics
- Build and maintain strong relationships through regular reviews and check-ins
- Enable partners with training, sales kits, and ongoing support
- Monitor account health, usage, and surface upsell/cross-sell opportunities
🔹 Internal Collaboration
- Partner with marketing on co-branded campaigns and enablement kits
- Work closely with onboarding, product, and delivery teams to ensure success
- Share partner insights to influence product roadmap, pricing, and GTM
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS, Partnerships, Sales, or Account Management
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Ability to manage multiple partners, timelines, and revenue goals simultaneously
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with data and performance metrics
- Experience working in startups or high-growth environments
- Exposure to international partnerships is a plus
