Role Overview
We’re hiring a Growth Product Manager – AI Products to lead the growth and adoption of AI-first applications and LLM-powered agents. This is a cross-functional role focused on product-led growth, innovation, and scale.
You’ll work closely with the CEO, engineering, AI/ML, design, and GTM teams to launch new products from 0 → 1 and drive their growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
Key Responsibilities
🧭 Funnel Optimization
- Own the entire product funnel: signups → activation → engagement → monetization.
- Identify drop-offs, friction points, and opportunities using Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude, or similar tools.
🚀 User Activation & Onboarding
- Design and launch onboarding flows, checklists, guided tours, and contextual nudges to reduce Time to Value.
- Optimize first-user experiences tailored to dealerships (e.g., first vehicle listing or photo shoot).
📈 Experimentation & Growth Loops
- Prioritize, build, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to drive conversion and feature adoption.
- Design and execute growth loops such as referrals, freemium-to-paid flows, or engagement nudges.
💰 Monetization & Expansion
- Run pricing and packaging experiments.
- Enable product signals that help Sales/CX teams identify expansion opportunities.
- Build upgrade nudges, trial-to-paid flows, and usage-based paywalls where applicable.
📊 Data & Insights
- Define key metrics for growth and retention.
- Collaborate with data analysts to create dashboards and track performance.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-4 years of experience in Product/Growth/Analytics in high-growth SaaS, AI, or consumer startups.
- Strong experience working with LLM-powered applications (e.g. GPT, Claude, Hugging Face).
- Familiarity with Figma, Jira, SQL, and LLM APIs.
- Proven track record in 0-1 product launches and experimentation.
- Strong understanding of product-led growth principles, growth metrics and funnel analytics.
- Experience working with tools like Amplitude, Segment, Hotjar, Looker, or equivalent.
- Hands-on with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing.
- Ability to write clear product specs, collaborate with designers and engineers, and ship fast.
- A self-starter with strong business sense — comfortable with ambiguity and iterating quickly.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a Series A/B startup.
- Exposure to automotive tech, GenAI, or computer vision-based products.
- Understanding of SaaS models and growth marketing tactics (SEO, SEM, loops, etc.).
