  • Provide L1 support by owning and resolving customer escalations with speed, clarity, and empathy.
  • Implement minor custom scripts as needed.
  • Debug existing code, logs, or APIs to find and fix issues.
  • Write and maintain internal tools for support & operations (dashboards, bots, automation)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Onboarding, Product, and Tech teams
  • Document learnings, playbooks, and fixes to build a scalable support system
  • Actively contribute to process automation and reduce manual touchpoints
What You Bring
  • Strong understanding of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Hands-on Experience on deployments on AWS
  • Hands-on experience with web development (React, HTML/CSS, basic backend)
  • Scripting skills in Node.js or Python for automation and log parsing
  • Ability to write advanced SQL/MongoDB queries to pull/debug data
  • Experience with ticketing systems like Freshdesk, Zendesk, or Jira
  • Solid communication skills to explain technical issues to non-tech stakeholders
  • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure during customer-facing urgencies
Nice to Have
  • Experience working with workflow automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make)
  • Exposure to support tooling, monitoring, and alerting systems
  • Prior experience in a B2B SaaS or startup environment
  • Knowledge of APIs, Postman, DB systems like ClickHouse
Why Join Us?
  • Work closely with engineering without being buried in Jira
  • High ownership, visible impact
  • Real-world problems, fast feedback loops
  • A culture that respects downtime, empathy, and continuous learning
