JOB DESCRIPTION
Spyne is building the world’s first AI-powered Automotive Retail Suite — transforming how dealerships, OEMs, and enterprise automotive platforms create, merchandise, and sell vehicles online. We are rapidly expanding in the U.S. and looking for a Manager – OEM & Technology Partnerships to lead growth across automotive OEMs, marketplaces, and technology ecosystems.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and manage partnerships with OEMs, marketplaces, and automotive tech platforms in the U.S.
- Lead the full partnership lifecycle — outreach, pitching, negotiation, contracting, and launch.
- Drive integrations with DMS/CRM/retail tech systems and coordinate technical requirements with Product & Engineering.
- Develop joint GTM motions, co-selling plans, and partner-led revenue opportunities.
- Own relationships with senior stakeholders; conduct business reviews and drive program expansion.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and new partnership opportunities across enterprise accounts.
- Track KPIs including partner-led pipeline, activation timelines, integration performance, and growth.
- Represent Spyne at industry events and stay updated on automotive retail and OEM tech trends.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)
- 4–8 years in OEM partnerships, technology alliances, enterprise BD, or auto SaaS partnerships.
- Strong familiarity with the U.S. automotive ecosystem (OEMs, DMS/CRM platforms, marketplaces).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive relationship management.
- Ability to drive API/integration-led partnerships with Product & Engineering teams.
- Track record of delivering revenue impact or strategic partnerships in SaaS/tech.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
Good to Have
- Existing relationships within OEMs, DMS platforms, dealer groups, or auto tech players.
- Experience with automotive imaging, merchandising, retail or workflow tools.
- Exposure to SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR), integration workflows, or alliance ecosystems.
- Understanding of US automotive retail workflows (BDC, sales desk, service operations).
