About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Intern/executive who understands the psychology behind what makes content go viral and can creatively bring ideas to life across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You’ll work closely with the creative, design, and marketing teams to manage our social media presence, engage audiences, and execute the brand’s content strategy.
Key Responsibilities
  • Understand how platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube work and identify trends that can drive virality and engagement.
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging short-form content (Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts) using tools like Canva, CapCut, or native platform tools.
  • Collaborate with the creative and design teams to align on video concepts, visual aesthetics, and storytelling for both short-form and long-form content.
  • Execute all social media activities as per the brand guidelines and maintain the social media content calendar.
  • Write engaging captions, post copies, and taglines tailored to each platform’s audience and tone.
  • Post and monitor content across social platforms while maintaining consistency and timeliness.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and participating in live interactions.
  • Support in influencer marketing initiatives, from ideation to coordination with creators and tracking campaign outcomes.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and formats, and bring new, creative ideas to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
  • Strong interest in Social media, content creation, and digital storytelling.
  • Basic proficiency in design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Instagram tools).
  • Good understanding of social media algorithms, influencer marketing, and online engagement.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
  • (Bonus) Prior experience managing a personal or brand account with measurable growth.
