The company entered the market through Studio AI, a visual merchandising platform powered by 80+ proprietary AI models that transforms raw car photos into studio-quality images, 360-degree spins, and videos in minutes. Deeply integrated with 60+ dealer tools - from DMS and CRM platforms to major automotive marketplaces - Studio AI became the trusted foundation inside dealer workflows nationwide.
Now Spyne is breaking into a much larger opportunity with Vini AI, a Conversational Voice AI agent that handles inbound and outbound calls, books test drives, follows up on leads, and manages service appointments - 24/7, without human intervention. Vini bookings have grown 7x in six months, and dealers who add Vini on top of Studio see ACV expansions of 4–7x. Together, the two products are converging into a full-stack Retail AI platform covering inventory management, digital retail, and customer relationship management.

About the Role
We're seeking our first RevOps Manager to build a unified RevOps backbone leveraging AI where strategic.
You'll lead the transformation: design processes/data models with multi-dimensional revenue tracking, execute data migrations/cleanup/audit readiness, manage budgets/vendors, and build a lean team. Deliver predictable revenue through structure, automation, and clean data governance.
Key Responsibilities
GTM Process Design & Optimization
  • Design end-to-end revenue processes and data models: sales handoffs → contract management/signing (India legal compliance) → subscription billing → renewals → expansions/contractions → churn mitigation
  • Revenue tracking structures: Track by accounts, products, sub-units (geography, segments, customer types, sales reps)
  • Build playbooks: customer health scoring, pro-rata calculations, upsell triggers, cross-functional handoffs
  • Map workflows, standardize processes, drive change management for adoption
  • Eliminate bottlenecks to boost funnel velocity 2x+
Revenue Tech Stack & Data Governance
  • Own end-to-end stack ownership: Selection, budgets, vendor management, integrations, migrations (see Tech Stack)
  • Lead data migrations: Cleanup, sanity checks (row counts/checksums), validation, audit readiness (internal/external/investor)
  • Own CRM architecture (HubSpot-centric), workflows, automations, data hygiene + backups/disaster recovery
  • Manage external agencies for complex implementations
Revenue Analytics & Forecasting
  • Own full-funnel forecasting: New ARR, renewals, expansions, NRR/GRR/churn, pipeline coverage, ACV, unit economics
  • Multi-dimensional attribution: Track revenue by accounts, products, sub-units, sales reps, campaigns
  • Build executive dashboards + weekly reviews/scenario modeling
  • Resource planning: Quota setting, capacity modeling, sales territory design
  • Accounting insights: Gross/net revenue, subscription recognition, reconciliations
Team Enablement & Leadership
  • Collaborate with GTM leaders: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance leaders to enable functions with business use cases, processes, and tooling
  • Enable GTM teams: Training on tools/processes/playbooks, sales enablement
  • Hire/mentor lean RevOps team (player-coach) with revenue + data quality KPIs
  • Drive adoption through change management + success metrics
AI Enablement (Nice-to-Have)
  • Leverage AI strategically: Predictive churn detection, automated renewal nudges, intelligent upsell recommendations
  • Agentic workflows: Lead qualification → contract generation → onboarding → expansion (reduced manual handoffs)
  • Natural language analytics: Query revenue data, automated insights, executive summarization
  • Productivity gains: Replace manual processes with intelligent automation where ROI-positive
Required Tech Stack (Hands-On Experience Required)
  • CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce – Pipeline management and revenue tracking
  • Contracts: DealHub, Ironclad, DocuSign CLM – CPQ workflows, e-signatures, and India compliance
  • Billing: Chargebee, Zuora, Stripe Billing – Subscription management, pro-rata billing, and churn handling
  • Customer Success: Gainsight, ChurnZero – Health score tracking and renewals management
  • Sales Engagement: Outreach, Salesloft, Gong – Sales coaching and conversation intelligence
  • Marketing: HubSpot, Marketo – Lead nurturing and account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Analytics: Looker, Tableau, Power BI – Dashboards and NRR/GRR forecasting
  • Integrations: Workato, Zapier, HubSpot Ops Hub – Workflow orchestration and data synchronization
  • Data / Finance: Snowflake, NetSuite, Census – Data warehousing, ERP sync, and system migrations
What We're Looking For
  • 6–10 years RevOps/Sales Ops/CS Ops at B2B SaaS ($10–100M ARR): Sprinklr, Tekion, MoEngage, Yellow.ai, Gupshup or similar
  • Proven stack builder: Full migrations, data cleanup, audit readiness, subscription operations
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partnered with Sales/CS/Finance leaders to enable GTM functions
  • Implementation leadership: Managed agencies/partners, owned tool budgets, drove adoption
  • Data governance: Data cleanup/migrations/sanity checks, audit readiness, backups/disaster recovery
  • Revenue modeling: Track by accounts/products/sub-units, multi-dimensional attribution
  • Business acumen: Basic accounting (gross/net rev, subscription recog.), unit economics, India-US legal (GST/e-signing)
  • Change agent: Training, enablement, cross-functional influence across Sales/Marketing/CS/Finance
  • Player-coach: Hands-on execution + team leadership for first RevOps hire
