What are we looking for?
  • At SPYNE , we know that the key to growth is in a high-performing inside sales team. Thats why were seeking a qualified Sales Development Representative for the outbound process.
  • As an Outbound Sales Development Representative at Spyne you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and connecting with potential customers who can benefit from our SaaS solutions. Y
  • ou will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads through outbound prospecting efforts, setting appointments for our sales team, and contributing to the overall success of our sales department.
What will you do?
  • Prospect Identification: Identify and research potential leads and target accounts within our defined customer segments.
  • Outbound Outreach:Initiate outbound calls, emails, and social media engagements to connect with prospects and introduce them to our SaaS products and services.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess the suitability of prospects by asking probing questions to understand their needs, challenges, and potential fit with our solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS offerings and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to prospects.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified appointments and demonstrations for our Sales Executives to engage with interested prospects.
  • CRM Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities within our CRM system.
  • Collaboration:Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a coordinated and aligned approach to lead generation and conversion.
  • Own the Sales Targets :Keep a close track on targets given and deliver MoM by achieving those numbers
What you must have?
  • Bachelors degree or at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • 2-6 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
  • Previous experience in outbound sales development or a similar role (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal..
  • Willingness to work in the US shift from 7 pm to 4 am
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
  • Proficiency with SalesForce/ Hubspot or other CRM software
  • Proven track record in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Working experience with US clients
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to exceed targets.
