About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact Sales Engineer to support our US sales team for Spyne.ai’s AI-powered automotive solutions (including Vini, Conversational AI).
This role will be responsible for driving technical demos, handling product deep-dives, and unblocking deals by bridging the gap between sales and product.
Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)
Working Hours: 6PM – 3 AM IST
Experience: 6 - 10 years
Industry: AI SaaS | B2B

As we scale in the US dealership market, deals are becoming more technical and multi-stakeholder driven. A Sales Engineer will:
- Improve demo-to-close conversion
- Reduce sales cycle time
- Build confidence with technical and operational stakeholders
- Enable AEs to focus on closing revenue
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives on qualified opportunities and live demos
- Deliver high-impact, use-case-driven demos tailored for US auto dealerships
- Handle technical discussions around:
- AI workflows (Vini – Conversational AI)
- Integrations (CRM, DMS, APIs)
- Data flow and automation
- Support POCs, pilot programs, and onboarding transitions
- Work closely with Product & Engineering to relay customer feedback and gaps
- Build and maintain demo environments, scripts, and solution documentation
Who You Are
- 2–4 years in Sales Engineering / Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting (SaaS)
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and SaaS architecture
- Excellent communication and demo storytelling skills (client-facing)
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with AI, automation tools, or automotive SaaS is a strong plus
- Comfortable working with US clients and time zones
