Squarespace's People Team is looking for a People Operations Analyst who will be critical to providing first-class People Operations support to the business and our employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle. We are a collaborative, dedicated, and agile team, who pride ourselves in excellent execution and customer service. You will work with the broader People Team and partner cross-functionally with business partners to execute People processes for our global population and contribute to the continuous improvement of People processes.

You will report directly to the Head of People Operations & Technology and will be based in our Dublin Office (Hybrid/Flexible).

You’ll Get To…

• Be the first line of support for employees for resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 support requests and take ownership of any query and/or issues raised seeing it through to resolution by providing appropriate updates to stakeholders or allocating them to COEs where necessary
• Partner closely with our People Partner team to deliver excellent customer service to our Global population
• Provide support throughout the employee lifecycle including but not limited to, supporting onboarding (including leading the Payroll & Benefits section of new hire orientation) & offboarding, employee changes (promotions, transfers, etc.), background checks and employment verifications
• Update and maintain employee data in Workday to support data integrity
• Be responsible for the HR-Payroll data handoff to the wider People team and cross-functional partners
• Take ownership of documenting workflow and procedures, updating existing processes, and proactively finding opportunities for process improvement
• Maintain the accuracy of People Operations policies and procedures on the company intranet
• Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills

Who We’re Looking For

• 2-4 years of professional experience as an HR Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, or other relevant HR experience; internship experience included.
• Knowledge of employment legislation in Ireland also other countries including but not limited to Portugal, the UK, The Netherlands and Poland would be beneficial.
• A proven track record of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders while maintaining discretion and confidentiality
• Empathetic, welcoming, and adaptable communication skills, both in written, verbal, and virtual contextsDetail-oriented,strong organizational skills, and able to handle various tasks with overlapping deadlines
• Workday experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferred
