About the Role:

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies for hiring across all levels (junior, mid-level, senior) in corporate functions including Marketing, Technology, Product, Strategy, Marketing, Finance, etc. Lead and coordinate bulk hiring initiatives to meet high-volume staffing needs efficiently. Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business objectives. Drive process improvements for an efficient, high-touch candidate experience, ensuring agility in a fast-paced high growth environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies for hiring across all levels (junior, mid-level, senior) in corporate functions including Marketing, Technology, Product, Strategy, Marketing, Finance, etc.
  • Lead and coordinate bulk hiring initiatives to meet high-volume staffing needs efficiently.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive process improvements for an efficient, high-touch candidate experience, ensuring agility in a fast-paced high growth environment.
  • Build a robust talent pipeline through innovative & proactive sourcing, referrals, and leveraging multiple recruiting channels.
  • Cultivate a strong professional network to tap into passive talent and build relationships with top industry professionals.
  • Strengthen employer branding in collaboration with HR and Marketing to position the company as a top employer in the Fintech sector.
  • Implement cost-effective strategies to optimize recruitment expenses, including vendor negotiations, efficient use of recruiting platforms, and effective budget allocation.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize team productivity, reduce time-to-hire and enhance process efficiency.
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure recruitment metrics, assess team performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with hiring trends, market conditions, and talent availability to provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Ensure scalable and adaptable hiring processes that align with the company’s rapid growth trajectory.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with experience hiring across levels in corporate functions and skilled in Tech hiring
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to engage and attract passive talent
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
