𝑹𝒐𝒍𝒆 𝑶𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒆𝒘:

Position is open for dynamic Growth Associate to join our team in Ahmedabad & Vadodara location. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth through data-driven strategies and on-ground execution.

𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔:

* Make 80–100 calls daily—connect with students & working professionals, understand their needs, and pitch #StanzaLiving as their perfect home.

* Own the entire funnel—from tracking cold leads to nurturing warm ones.

* Schedule property tours, coordinate with Ops teams, and ensure smooth site visits.

* Ensure potential Cx visits at our properties, give tours, and turn curiosity into commitment.

* Seal the deal with a smile—follow up, negotiate, and hit your monthly occupancy targets.

𝑾𝒉𝒐 𝑺𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒅 𝑨𝒑𝒑𝒍𝒚?

* 1–3 years of experience in B2C Sales, Business Development, or Growth Roles (freshers with exceptional drive may apply).

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Go-getter attitude with a knack for problem-solving.

* Comfortable with fieldwork and target-driven environments.

* Prior experience in Real Estate, Edtech, or Startups is a plus.
