Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. As an L&D Associate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, managing learning processes, and designing instructional materials. You will also facilitate coaching and communicate with stakeholders to ensure effective learning and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
• Proficiency in Google sheets, MS Office(Excel, Presentations, etc.)
