Mission

Own and grow the partner channel as a primary revenue driver, while building the infrastructure and relationships that turn partners into Strapi advocates.

🙏🏾 Why your role is important at Strapi

Partners are a key growth lever for Strapi. This role owns partner-sourced outcomes end-to-end: building a focused set of high-performing enterprise partners, scaling co-sell and co-marketing motions, and putting in place the governance and enablement needed to make the channel predictable.

You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Ops. You will balance relationship-building with operational rigor and be expected to drive measurable revenue outcomes.

📋 What will my job look like on a daily basis?

  • Manage and grow the top 10 enterprise partners (QBRs, joint pipeline reviews, expansion plays)
  • Recruit 2–3 new enterprise-profile anchor partners per year (SI and agency profile)
  • Own partner-sourced ARR as the primary KPI, with partner-influenced pipeline as a secondary KPI
  • Build co-marketing programs with top partners (joint content, webinars, case studies)
  • Manage deal registration governance and attribution in HubSpot and CRM
  • Coordinate with Sales (AEs) on co-sell motions and handoffs
  • Build and maintain enablement resources (certification, onboarding, sales collateral)
  • Own partner tier management and graduation or disqualification decisions for the long tail

You are not a pure business development hire who opens relationships but doesn't close. You will manage a book of business and hold it accountable for revenue.

💙 About you

  • 4–7 years in partner management, channel sales, or alliances in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience managing SIs, agencies, or consulting partners (not just tech alliances)
  • Comfortable with co-sell motions alongside an AE team
  • Program-building instinct: you can build enablement and run campaigns, not just manage relationships
  • CMS, DXP, or developer tooling ecosystem experience is a plus

🤑 Strapi compensation:

Compensation for this role will depend on several factors, including location, internal equity, and the candidate's qualifications and experience. Strapi offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package. The benefits listed above apply to everyone, with additional country-specific benefits available depending on local regulations.

The annual hiring range for this position is $80K-110K. Within the range, individual pay will be based on a candidate's skills and experience as they relate to the specific requirements of the role.
