Overview
The Sr. Learning Designer is responsible for driving the design, development, and delivery of high-quality learning experiences. This role features expertise in instructional design skills to ensure seamless, effective, and accessible learning and development across the organization.
Responsibilities
Instructional Design and Development
Learning Strategy:Partner with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to conduct needs assessments, learning objectives, and recommend appropriate instructional strategies and delivery modalities (e.g., e-learning, blended, instructor-led, microlearning).
Design & Development:Design, develop, and revise engaging and effective learning content, ensuring alignment with adult learning principles and organizational goals.
Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance reviews of learning assets for accuracy, consistency, accessibility and technical functionality.
Evaluation:Utilize evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness and business impact of learning programs; use data to continuously iterate and improve content.
Tool Proficiency:Utilize instructional design tools such as Articulate to create professional and interactive learning assets.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
Skills and Competencies
Proven ability to apply instructional design models to create engaging learning solutions.
Exposure and experience structuring learning assets within at least one major LMS platform
Proficiency with industry-standard e-learning authoring tools
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Superior verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively consult with and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:
