About the role...

We are looking for a world-class Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead segmentation, positioning, and messaging at Synthesia. This person will become a key figure for our Head of Product Marketing and Revenue Leaders, driving how we package our offering and orchestrate our go-to-market efforts in this next crucial stage of our growth.

Right now, our Product Marketing team is focused on feature releases, market and customer insights, social proof, and competitive intel. You would be Synthesia's first dedicated hire focused on segmentation, positioning, and messaging. We're looking for someone with extensive experience in scaling environments who loves to build and make an impact. What you’ll be doing…

  • Articulating the concrete business value we unlock for our Enterprise (up to 10,000 employees) and Strategic (10,000+ employees) segments.
  • Developing and implementing sales enablement strategies, equipping our sales team with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively sell our solution.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert, immersing yourself in the market to understand industry trends, client perspectives, and the competitive landscape.
  • Creating value propositions and messaging that clearly articulate the unique benefits and capabilities of our platform, distinguishing our solution in the market.
  • Collaborating closely with the Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to gain a deep understanding of our technology, customer use cases, and success stories.
  • Coordinating with the broader marketing team to integrate messaging into marketing campaigns and events.

We’d love to hear from you if you have…

  • A wealth of experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS where you've worked closely with GTM teams, helping to deliver on revenue generation targets.
  • Operated within value-driven revenue organizations, ideally with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message frameworks.
  • You've experienced rapid scale and have tangible examples of the impact Product Marketing made during this.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas into simple, clear communication across different channels.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate and form relationships with internal and external partners.

We’d be particularly excited if you bring…

  • A good eye for design video creation experience.
  • You’re a natural storyteller that can turn simple concepts into binge-worthy content.

Salary

Based on the requirements we’re looking for, we’re expecting to pay up to around $220,000 for this position + shares.
