About the Role
We’re looking for a Recruiter who can operate across both technical and go-to-market (GTM) hiring. This role will own end-to-end recruiting for engineering and product roles while also partnering closely with leadership to scale GTM teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
You’ll be a trusted partner to hiring managers, balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
What You’ll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Product, Data, AI/ML) and GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Growth, Customer Success, RevOps)
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring plans
Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates across multiple functions
Run structured interview processes and help ensure consistent, high-signal hiring decisions
Manage candidate experience end-to-end, from first outreach through offer and close
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both technical and GTM functions
Collaborate with People Ops on hiring processes, tooling, and continuous improvement
Track and report on recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-hire, candidate quality)
What We’re Looking For
3–6+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth tech startups
Proven experience recruiting for both technical and GTM roles
Strong understanding of technical roles and ability to assess talent with hiring managers
Experience hiring for GTM functions such as Sales, Marketing, Growth, or Customer Success
Excellent sourcing skills across LinkedIn, referrals, and creative channels
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and context-switch across multiple role types
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes as you go
Nice to Have
Experience recruiting in AI, SaaS, or developer-focused products
Experience partnering directly with founders or exec leadership
Exposure to international or distributed hiring
