Senior DevOps Engineer

About the Role

As a DevOps Engineer, you will ensure the robustness and efficiency of our infrastructure that supports AI-driven speech technology platforms and large language models. You will collaborate closely with machine learning teams to streamline the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of complex models that enhance our products' capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a scalable and secure infrastructure for deploying TTS, STT, LLM and Web applications.

• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment of various services.

• Monitor and analyze system performance and resolve any issues to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  

Who You Are:

• Proficient with major cloud platforms: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) as the primary provider, with additional experience supporting workloads across AWS and Azure.

• Strong expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience using Terraform to design, deploy, and maintain scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure.

• Skilled in Kubernetes deployment and packaging tools, such as Helm, and GitOps-based continuous delivery solutions like ArgoCD.

• Solid understanding of cloud and container security best practices, including experience with security and compliance tooling (e.g., vulnerability scanning, IAM, secrets management, and runtime protection).

• Strong networking knowledge, including designing and troubleshooting network architectures that support real-time, high-availability telephony/VoIP stacks (SIP, RTP, load balancing, firewalling).

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with both technical engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles

• Good programming and scripting skills in languages such as Python and Go

• Experience with GitOps delivery using ArgoCD (or similar)

• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code with Terraform

• Strong Kubernetes tooling knowledge, including Helm
