You'll work directly with the product and founding team, get deep exposure to how AI products are built and scaled, and learn more in a few months than most people learn in years. This is a full-time, in-office role in Berlin.

What You'll Actually Do

• Talk to customers to understand what they need, what's broken, and what's possible

• Build functional prototypes and MVPs using AI-native tools (Cursor, Lovable, Claude, v0)

• Design and build automations and integrations that connect our product to customer workflows—using tools like Make, n8n, Zapier, and direct API integrations

• Write product specs, user stories, and prioritization frameworks that the team actually uses

• Analyze product usage data to figure out what's working, what's not, and what to build next

• Research competitors, map the landscape, and surface insights that shape roadmap decisions

• Work with engineering and design to scope, ship, and iterate on features

• Pick up whatever needs doing. At a startup this stage, the job description is a starting point.

Who You Are

• Recently completed (or about to complete) a Bachelor's or Master's degree—available to work full-time in Berlin

• Hands-on experience with the automation stack: Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms—you've built real workflows, not just watched tutorials

• You've used AI tools to actually build things—not just prompt for fun, but to ship something real

• Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and connecting systems together

• You think in systems: how features connect, where users get stuck, what the second-order effects are

• Strong written and verbal communication in English; German is a plus

• Comfortable with ambiguity—you can take a vague problem and turn it into a clear plan

• Technical enough to speak credibly with engineers, curious enough to sit with customers

• High agency: you don't wait to be told what to do

Nice to Have

• You've built something on your own—an app, a tool, an automation, a side project

• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts: function calling, evals, RAG, tool use

• Comfort with SQL, Python, or basic data analysis

• Some understanding of B2B SaaS, how enterprise software is sold, or how voice AI works

• Previous startup experience, even informal
