What you will do

• Review and verify the accuracy of documents submitted by clients.
• Support your colleagues during the onboarding process of new clients.
• Prepare and send out documents for compliance processes.
• Collaborate flexibly with various subteams, providing support especially during peak periods.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of VAT filings.
• Respond to customer inquiries to ensure a high level of service quality.
• Contribute to the evaluation of regulatory changes and help identify necessary process adjustments.
