What you will do

  • You will take responsibility for all sales activities at Taxdoo and make a significant contribution to achieving our ambitious growth targets by implementing our sales strategy.
  • With a scalable sales strategy, you will drive our expansion, keep an eye on the competition, and provide management with valuable insights into market trends in the area of VAT and Accounting.
  • As a leader, you will develop and coach our AE and SDR team, increase performance, and foster a culture of excellence to place our solutions even more effectively with our customers.
  • Through your focus on team development, you will create a motivating work environment that promotes efficiency, commitment, and close collaboration with other teams such as Marketing and Customer Success.
  • You will optimize sales processes, ensure smooth operations in HubSpot, and make sure that our sales funnel is always well-filled.
  • With strategic resource planning, you will guarantee optimal market coverage and effectively utilize our sales resources to further increase Taxdoo’s impact.
  • You will identify and develop new partnerships with relevant companies and sales channels to further position Taxdoo as a leading compliance platform for e-commerce.

What you are good at

  • Extensive sales and leadership experience in a SaaS environment, complemented by many years of expertise in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Focused on building an inspiring and success-oriented sales culture. In-depth understanding of sales strategy, data-driven decisions, and go-to-market models to optimally leverage market potential and continuously optimize the sales funnel.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to convince customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, as well as to convey complex topics clearly.
  • Experience in building and scaling sales processes in a dynamic, high-growth environment with a strong hands-on mentality.
  • Proven success in B2B sales, especially in project and direct sales, with a clear focus on sustainable business relationships.
  • Native-level German and fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
