At Teabox, we believe every cup of tea tells a story. Your mission is to make sure those stories travel far and wide through the voices people trust most—creators and influencers. If hashtags and long-term creator partnerships make your heart steep faster, read on.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Own the strategy – Design a full-funnel influencer roadmap (nano to celebrity) that boosts brand awareness, traffic, and revenue in India and key global markets.
  • Scout & secure talent – Identify creators whose audiences align with tea, wellness, and lifestyle niches; negotiate win-win contracts and usage rights.
  • Campaign management – Brief, coordinate, and QA content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging platforms; ensure deliveries hit deadlines and brand voice.
  • Community building – Nurture long-term creator relationships, curating an always-on “Teabox Tea-m” ambassador program.
  • Cross-functional collaboration – Partner with Creative, Growth, and E-commerce teams to sync launches, promo codes, and UTM tracking.
  • Analytics & optimization – Set KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, sales, ROAS); monitor performance in real time, prepare post-mortems, and iterate quickly.
  • Budget ownership – Plan quarterly spends, forecast returns, and keep every rupee accountable.
  • Compliance – Stay ahead of ASCI guidelines, platform rules, disclosure norms, and contract nuances around exclusivity and IP usage.
  • Trendspotting – Track algorithm shifts, viral formats, and tea-adjacent cultural moments; translate insights into actionable creative briefs.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience running influencer/creator programs for a D2C, FMCG, or lifestyle brand (agency or in-house).
  • Proven network of India-based and international content creators; strong negotiation chops.
  • Solid grasp of social analytics tools (Meta Creator Studio, YouTube Studio, Sprout, Traackr, or similar) and attribution models.
  • Creative storyteller with an eye for thumb-stopping visuals and copy; comfortable giving feedback on video hooks, carousel layouts, and short-form scripts.
  • Data-driven mindset—Excel/Sheets doesn’t scare you, and you can explain ROAS to finance without jargon.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; bonus points for Hindi and/or regional languages.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA/PG in Digital Marketing is a plus).
  • Passion for tea, wellness, or premium consumer brands is the cherry on top (or the leaf in the cup!).
