About the role:
The Accounts Associate position requires effective communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and computer proficiency. This role involves collaboration with various teams within the organization to maintain financial records and ensure tax compliance.
Key Responsibilities:-
  1. Accounts Management:
  • Maintain financial records and ensure proper bookkeeping.
  • Having Knowledge in accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, reconciliation, and vendor payments.
  • Assist in tax compliance, GST filing, and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Assist in budgeting, cost control, and expense tracking to improve financial efficiency.
  1. Stock Flow & Inventory Management:
  • Maintain detailed stock records, tracking inward and outward stock movements.
  • Record purchases, sales, and stock transfers with proper documentation.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams, and logistics partners for smooth stock flow.
  • Conduct regular physical stock verification to prevent discrepancies.
  • Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and assist in inventory optimization strategies.
  • Generate stock flow reports to aid in decision-making and auditing processes.
Skill Sets/Qualification Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, inventory control, and stock management.
  • Proficiency in Tally, Excel, ERP systems, or stock management software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial and stock records.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to do field work as needed.
  • Experience in accounting and inventory management.
  • Experience handling large-scale stock operations or warehouse inventory is a plus.
  • Familiarity with automated inventory systems is an advantage.
