Your Role:

The Senior Marketing Program Manager will define, build and optimize Tenable’s marketing programs for the Tenable One Platform and Tenable Vulnerability Management product lines of business and drive those programs on a daily basis to increase adoption, advocacy and net retention of the global customer base. The role is cross-functional and will partner with various teams in the company to develop and execute marketing programs.

Your Opportunity:

  • Create high impact marketing programs for the Tenable One Platform and Tenable Vulnerability Management in conjunction with overall Tenable business goals for each product

  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing and communication plan that engages new prospects as well as Tenable’s existing customers to propel usage and adoption

  • Be an internal advocate for our customers, building communications, materials, emails, virtual events, creative campaigns, etc. that support customer engagement and adoption

  • Support rapid response communications for key stakeholders, including customers, partners, press and internal employees

  • Partner with other marketing team members to create marketing strategies for the company's entire product line

  • Review current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and strengthen plans

  • Develop strategies around social media, and other marketing tools (product videos, company newsletters, social media, tradeshow display, marketing collateral and other materials); partner with Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing and Corporate Communications to execute on that strategy

  • Have a deep understanding of the company’s products and their value to customers

  • Review results from business analysis of sales revenue, campaign results and marketing expenses to adjust plans and increase effectiveness

  • Play an active role to influence marketing strategy for specific product line

  • Lead from the front in creating inspiring and personalized marketing materials that excite our customers, burnish our brand and drive engagement

What You’ll Need:

  • 8+ years in marketing, campaign marketing, demand generation or related experience

  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and problem solving skills; creative marketing and communication skills to engage and motivate customer advocates

  • Experience in working with field marketing, sales and partners

  • Ability to collaborate in a highly matrixed environment with many different stakeholders, including all levels of management

  • Capacity to balance multiple projects at the same time

  • Possess marketing expertise to help develop customer asset placement and promotion aligned with Tenable marketing strategy

  • Ability to build customer-facing slides without outside help

  • Bachelor's degree in a marketing-related field or equivalent experience

This is the base pay range for this position. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, location and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. Employees are also eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay (commission for sales roles, bonus for non-sales roles), depending on company and individual performance. $112,000$149,333.33 USD
