Your Role:

Join our IT Support Team at Tenable where you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling your colleagues in all areas of Tenable to be productive and able to do the job they need to do. Be the face of IT to our internal customers, you will be based at our centrally located Dublin office, situated in the coolest part of town!

Your Opportunity:

You will provide technical assistance and support and resolve technical issues to users both remotely within your time zone and on-site. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network problems ensuring minimal downtime and disruptions. Ensure all of our endpoints are patched and

secure at all times. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with the wider global team, to maintain consistent, superior support for all employees in Tenable globally adhering to global processes. On a rotating basis, you’ll provide after hours executive support and you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all IT assets on the Dublin site. In addition, you’ll gain valuable experience working with the top security products in the market – Tenable’s!

What You'll Need:

  • Three or more years of technical support experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently on project related tasks
  • Proficiency in supporting Windows and Mac Operating Systems and Applications, as well as mobile devices
  • General knowledge of Network and WiFi and common information security practices
  • Strong analytical skills for investigation and resolving IT issues
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration within a global team environment
  • Ability to communicate technical guidance and instruction to users on the use of applications and systems
  • Project Management: Participate, propose and/or lead internal projects
  • Proven ability to resolve user IT issues up to Tier 2 / 3 level
  • Strong expertise in device, operating system, software and application troubleshooting and deployment
  • Superior customer service and communication skills
  • Collaboration experience with remote teams such as Systems Operations, InfoSec and Networking
  • Experience using MSP software: JAMF / Big Fix / Atera
  • Configuration and management of Windows and MAC desktop environments including VMs, AD and DNS

And Ideally:

  • Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Fresh Service, Salesforce, Zendesk etc.) • Experience support Linux endpoints • Experience operating in a Global Team • Experience supporting Zoom and Google Applications
