Your Role:

Tenable seeks an experienced Channel Marketing Manager to excite, engage and enable the Tenable channel community across EMEA.

As a member of the Channel Marketing and broader Demand Generation team, you will be joining Tenable at an exciting time as part of an evolving marketing organization, where your actions can have immediate and long-term impact on our business goals. The Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing on the Tenable channel marketing strategy and supporting our partners, MSSPs and distributors across EMEA with their go to market plans and determining their regional specific goals.

Travel to partner and distribution sites across EMEA will be required, as well as hours outside the normal 9-5 contracted times on occasion. The successful candidate will be very personable, organized, energetic and an out-of-the-box thinker, ideally with some understanding of the reseller/distributor channel in IT.

Travel and hybrid working will account for up to 50% of the role - within the UK and across EMEA. Building relationships is a key part of this role.

Your Opportunity:

  • Execution of the EMEA channel marketing strategy to make Tenable stand out within the channel.

  • Use marketing programs to drive incremental opportunities through our network of distributors, resellers and MSSP partners.

  • Driving the channel network across EMEA to reach their full potential in amplifying and scaling Tenables go to market.

  • Develop innovative and creative campaigns and social media and amplifying this through the channel network

  • Be a true partner to the key stakeholders in the Tenable channel team, taking ownership of the marketing plans and direction

  • Attend events to energize and excite the channel network for Tenables products and solutions.

  • Be visible and build relationships across the EMEA channel network and internally within Tenable

  • Run webinars

  • Report and present on pipeline and your business area

  • Budget and contract management

  • Key communication with the regional marketing managers on channel marketing strategy and execution in their region

  • Merchandise management

  • Take ownership of new projects as they are launched and managing them end-to-end; understanding outcomes, communicating with stakeholders, completion and reporting back on results.

  • To adapt and change with the role and responsibilities as the business grows

What you'll need:

  • High energy; highly productive with strong initiative; able to work independently, an enthusiastic team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment

  • Proven ability to establish and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders, sales and corporate marketing

  • Proven experience in executing end-to-end marketing campaigns with successful outcomes

  • Strong project management and organizational skills required

  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize projects

  • 4+ years experience in IT marketing or IT channel environment

  • An understanding of the channel landscape in IT security across EMEA is desirable

  • Experience of working with distributors & resellers, or within a two tier channel model is desirable

  • Experience of salesforce.com, Tableau or Marketo is a plus

  • Second European language desirable but not essential
