Your Role:

We are looking for a great Talent Acquisition Partner who will co-lead all TA activities and initiatives, and help us grow! This is an exciting opportunity to find, attract and hire new top-notch talents and create a great impact on the company’s future from day 1!

This role has a unique combination of planning and building our core strategy for hiring top talent in the Israeli market, Hands-On recruiting and managing E2E processes, partnering with our business leaders, and creating a top-notch candidate experience and brand awareness.

This role is a one-year contract role with an option to convert during or after that time period.

Your Opportunity:

• Develop a multi-channel, search strategy to attract top-tier talent
• Source candidates through various means, both active and passive candidates
• Prioritize building a diverse team at every step of the recruiting process, ensuring our top-of-funnel efforts and interviews provide candidates of all backgrounds with equal, unbiased consideration and opportunity
• Be a talent adviser to functional hiring managers across Tenable

• Provide status and progress against open searches
• Develop prospects into candidates, engage them perform assessments/screenings, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Continue contributing to the knowledge base of the assigned functional area and Tenable, as a whole, by providing education on relevant industries and talent pools/profiles
• Build talent networks in the assigned functional area and tap knowledgeable industry sources to develop an ongoing pool of candidates
• Conduct phone interviews and prepare candidates for on-site interviews, participating in pre-brief meetings and post-interview follow-up
• Attend Recruiting events; focusing on Cybersecurity, University Hiring, and Diversity events
• Create effective search strategies within those domains
• Determine the skill set and cultural fit of candidates for Tenable
• Negotiate and approve offers

May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time

What You'll Need:

  • 4+ years experience in an in-house full-cycle recruitment role
  • Prior experience in hiring for tech roles
  • Experience in managing End-to-end recruiting processes in a technological, fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience in attracting passive candidates and building a diverse pipeline and proficiency with Sourcing methods, sources, communities, and new trends to attract talents
  • Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and brand awareness activities
  • Demonstrated untraditional and creative thinking skills and great past relationships with senior-level leadership as a strategic advisor
  • Ability to manage projects and simultaneously prioritize the talent acquisition flow in an environment with competing demands
  • Experience in working as part of an energetic, super positive, creative, agile team
  • Experience in Recruiting from Cyber Security/ SaaS Company- Advantage
