Your Role:
As a strategic architect of our Professional Services delivery, you report to the Theater Leader to own the execution and operational success of a high-caliber consulting team. You are the conductor of a high-performing blend of direct staff and subcontractors (subKs), empowered to drive aggressive billable utilization while evolving their technical mastery to match our rapidly growing product suite. In this role, you don’t just manage, you partner with a peer manager to serve as a primary engine of financial sustainability, technical excellence, and strategic growth within a world-class delivery organization.

Your Opportunity:

  • Talent & Resource Orchestration: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of consultants and partner resources. Engineer and execute capacity plans to align resource allocation with billable utilization targets while balancing team health.
  • Financial & Revenue Management: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by ensuring efficient project kickoff, steady delivery velocity, and proactive risk mitigation. Oversee project budgets, revenue forecasting, and gross margin targets.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Services Account Managers to ensure client needs are addressed. Review and refine Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure project scopes and assumptions are realistic and protect margins.
  • Client Success & Business Impact: Act as the primary point of escalation for clients and partners, transforming feedback into continuous service improvements. Understand and articulate the business and technological impact of Exposure Management on client environments.
  • Service Innovation: Cultivate a culture where consultants capture field intelligence to drive new service innovation. Serve as a strategic partner to the PS Portfolio team to ensure new offerings solve real-world challenges.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive the adoption of standardized delivery methodologies and lead enablement for new feature rollouts. Drive the timely remittance of timecards and execute contract modifications and procurement packages.
  • This position is US-based only.

What You'll Need:

  • 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or professional services, with a proven track record of driving strategic client value.
  • 3+ years of management experience leading technical consulting teams, with direct responsibility for internal staff and subcontractors (subKs).
  • Financial & Forecasting Expertise: Proven experience meeting revenue targets through effective forecasting, team productivity, and billable utilization management.
  • Operational Optimization: Experience planning and optimizing staff allocation, managing delivery velocity, and ensuring financial accuracy across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Technical & Strategic Leadership: Deep understanding of security principles and the ability to translate technical gaps into business risk and strategic opportunities.
  • Consultancy & Stakeholder Management: Advanced consulting skills with an emphasis on client management and the ability to act as a high-impact partner to Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Support.
  • SOW Proficiency: Strong SOW review and validation skills, with the ability to ensure project scopes and assumptions are realistic and deliverable.
  • Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Innovation (Preferred): Demonstrated experience driving innovative change at the team level, preferably applying AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and automation to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time.

This is the base pay range for this position. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, location and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. Employees are also eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay (commission for sales roles, bonus for non-sales roles), depending on company and individual performance.
