The ideal candidate can translate partner capabilities into practical integration opportunities, align cross-functional stakeholders, and help bring joint technical and go-to-market initiatives from concept to execution.

This is a high-impact role for someone who understands the cybersecurity ecosystem, can work effectively across partner, product, engineering, and field teams, and knows how to turn technical partnerships into differentiated customer value.

What You Will Do

  • Own strategic relationships with priority cybersecurity technology partners, with a strong focus on technical integration and joint solution execution.

  • Identify, prioritize, and drive technical integrations that improve interoperability, expand platform value, and support joint customer use cases.

  • Develop and advance joint solution plays, reference architectures, and technical value propositions with partners.

  • Partner closely with product, engineering, solution architecture, sales, and marketing teams to align technical partnership priorities with company strategy.

  • Translate partner capabilities and market opportunities into actionable integration plans, solution plays, and field-facing assets.

  • Support the design and launch of joint offerings, including integration narratives, use case mapping, demo scenarios, and technical enablement materials.

  • Drive cross-functional execution to remove blockers and accelerate delivery of partner integrations and related go-to-market motions.

  • Track and communicate progress against alliance objectives, integration milestones, launches, and business impact metrics.

  • Surface market trends, ecosystem shifts, and partner feedback to inform future integration and solution priorities.

Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in alliances, partner management, business development, product partnerships, technical partnerships, or ecosystem roles in cybersecurity or enterprise software.

  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity market, including platform vendors, ecosystem motions, and partner solution landscapes.

  • Proven track record of driving technology partnerships that resulted in integrations, joint solutions, or measurable go-to-market outcomes.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and solution architecture teams.

  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value, customer use cases, and scalable partner motions.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and move initiatives forward with limited structure.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in one or more areas such as cloud security, identity, agentic/AI security, collaboration security, or data security.

  • Background supporting joint integrations, marketplace motions, reference architectures, solution briefs, or co-sell programs.

  • Familiarity with major ecosystem players and alliance frameworks in enterprise cybersecurity.

  • Experience with partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline models.

  • Expertise or working knowledge of leading AI platforms and models, including ChatGPT/OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini, with the ability to assess partnership, integration, and go-to-market implications.

Measures of Success

  • Priority partner integrations are scoped, aligned, and delivered against agreed milestones.

  • Joint solution plays and reference architectures are developed and adopted by internal and partner-facing teams.

  • Integrated partner use cases are clearly documented, packaged, and adopted in customer-facing solution motions.

  • Technical partnership initiatives move efficiently from concept to launch without cross-functional stall.

  • Alliance performance is measured through integration progress, launch execution, field adoption, and business impact.
