Requirements
- Responsible for QA metrics and quality standards of the team Complete ownership of the Quality of projects owned by self and the team.
- Responsible for uncovering potential bugs ahead in the lifecycle by way of writing & reviewing Test Cases.
- Ensure Security & Scalability aspects for the product Provide/review estimations given by the team Set up the plan for Automation.
- Participate & drive the team to achieve automation coverage using Testsigma’s Low code automation tool.
- Understand customer sentiments by participating in Customer calls when required.
- Strategize to identify defect leakages and improve on quality aspects and RCA process Interfacing very closely with developers to understand the impacts of changes made and to work in a collaborative space with the intention of delivering the best product Identify QA risk & mitigation plans and ensure product delivery as per the release timeline
Required Skills:
- 7-10 years of industry experience as a SDET/SET/QA Engineer Passionate about Quality Standards.
- Good Knowledge on Software Testing concepts & Methodologies Good Knowledge on any of the Automation frameworks Versatile in Testing aspects like Automation, API Testing, Performance Testing, Debugging Skills, Test Planning & Estimations, Test Reporting.
- Should have mentored and led a team of 4-10 QA Engineers.
- Understanding of Web fundamentals and Database aspects Ability to work in a fast paced startup environment.
- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good written and Verbal communication Knowledge of Agile Software Development.
- Good to have -> Hands-on knowledge on CI-CD & CI tools Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
