What you will be doing

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers to ensure efficient and timely interview processes.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and interviewers to confirm their availability for scheduled interviews and reschedule as needed to accommodate conflicts or emergencies.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates on candidature status and interview details.
  • Continuously update our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring our database remains clean and up-to-date
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing offer letters, coordinating background checks, and other onboarding activities.
  • Gather feedback from candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers to improve our recruitment processes continuously
  • Follow up with interviewers to update their feedback on time on the ATS
  • Engage with candidates post-offer acceptance until their Date of joining

Requirements

  • Open for a 6 months internship program
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and human resources
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and build positive relationships
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
