Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Operations executive to join our growing team. This role will support the execution and optimization of our marketing operations, with a focus on utilising HubSpot and Salesforce to enhance GTM effectiveness and drive measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing technology, data analysis, and process improvement.
What you will be doing

  1. Campaign Execution and Management:

    • Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and web.

    • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  2. Marketing Automation:

    • Support the setup and maintenance of marketing automation workflows in HubSpot.

    • Ensure accurate and timely execution of automated campaigns, including lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation.

  3. Data Management and Analysis:

    • Maintain and manage marketing databases, ensuring data cleanliness and accuracy.

    • Analyse marketing data to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to the marketing team.

  4. Salesforce Integration:

    • Assist in the integration and synchronisation of marketing data between HubSpot and Salesforce.

    • Ensure data consistency and alignment between marketing and sales teams to support lead management and reporting.

  5. Process Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve marketing operations processes.

    • Assist in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures for marketing operations.

  6. Collaboration and Support:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

    • Provide support to the marketing team in various operational tasks as needed.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations or a related role, preferably in a SaaS environment.

  • Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce; certification in either platform is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
