Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Operations executive to join our growing team. This role will support the execution and optimization of our marketing operations, with a focus on utilising HubSpot and Salesforce to enhance GTM effectiveness and drive measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing technology, data analysis, and process improvement.
What you will be doing
Campaign Execution and Management:
Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and web.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Marketing Automation:
Support the setup and maintenance of marketing automation workflows in HubSpot.
Ensure accurate and timely execution of automated campaigns, including lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation.
Data Management and Analysis:
Maintain and manage marketing databases, ensuring data cleanliness and accuracy.
Analyse marketing data to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to the marketing team.
Salesforce Integration:
Assist in the integration and synchronisation of marketing data between HubSpot and Salesforce.
Ensure data consistency and alignment between marketing and sales teams to support lead management and reporting.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve marketing operations processes.
Assist in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures for marketing operations.
Collaboration and Support:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Provide support to the marketing team in various operational tasks as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in marketing operations or a related role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce; certification in either platform is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
