We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of Sales Development to lead and grow our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Tines by coaching & developing SDR’s to generate high-quality pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and inspire a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve and exceed targets.
    • Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members.
  2. Sales Development Strategy:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales development strategy aligned with company objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between sales development and other departments.
  3. Process Optimization:
    • Continuously evaluate and optimize sales development processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Implement best practices to maximize lead conversion rates and contribute to revenue growth.
  4. Performance Metrics:
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the sales development team.
    • Regularly analyze metrics and adjust strategies to meet or exceed goals.
  5. Collaboration:
    • Foster a collaborative culture within the sales development team and across departments.
    • Work closely with sales leadership to ensure alignment and coordination between sales and sales development efforts.
  6. Training and Development:
    • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales development team.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and provide ongoing education to team members.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably at a high-growth software company.
  • Proven experience in sales development, with a track record of success in a managerial role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Additional Skills:

  • Familiarity with a technical SaaS solution that is focused on selling to technical stakeholders ( CISO, Head of IT / CIO, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
