Why we're hiring
Tracebit is helping some of the world’s best security teams at Snyk, Docker, Riot Games and many more to ‘assume breach’ at scale. Tracebit detects intrusions in cloud environments using canaries - decoy assets deployed to deceive attackers.
We're at a massive inflection point and there has never been a more exciting time to join us:
We are backed by some of the very best investors (Accel, Tapestry and more).
We are growing very quickly (we doubled ARR last quarter and will triple this year), having recently closed some incredible customers that we can’t disclose publicly!
We are one of the most exciting startups to be part of in the UK, have seen some great feedback from the market and are ready for explosive growth.
Regularly featured on top startup lists from industry veterans… Creandum’s Euro Seed top 50 list, Sifted’s 2025 London Startups To Watch, Notions Cloud Top 100, AlbionVC’s NHI Breakdown, MMCs Proactive Security Analysis, Accel’s Euroscape Top Startups 2024, etc.
Our research has recently helped fix a P1 security flaw in Google’s Gemini CLI.
We're Seed stage, and have grown the company from 2 to 20 people in 18 months, with plans to triple in the coming year.
As we scale rapidly, our operations function needs to keep pace. We're looking for someone early in their career who wants to get their hands dirty across hiring, events, and process-building at a high-growth startup.
Who we're looking for
You want to be at an early-stage startup. You understand that high growth means high pace. You're excited by the opportunity to have outsized impact early in your career.
You thrive on variety. One day you're coordinating a conference booth, the next you're scheduling candidate interviews, the next you're building a new process in Notion. Context-switching energizes you.
You're organized and detail-oriented. You're rigorous about following through and closing loops. You’re quick to take complete ownership of tasks they are given and hungry to figure out solutions to problems that may stump others
You have demonstrated high achievement early on and a bias toward action. You likely attended a top institution, have strong extracurriculars and have 1-2 years of strong professional experience (internships included). You pick things up quickly and run with them.
About the role
You'll report to Miquel, our Strategy & Operations Lead. He has grown the team from 3 to 20 and scaled our operations function since Seed. Before this, he spent 4 years in Investment Banking. You'll support him and our Founders in growing our operations function.
Your core focus:
Expand company reach/brand. Help coordinate marketing efforts and logistics for key initiatives and conferences like BlackHat and RSA. Manage vendor relationships, track deadlines, and ensure we show up prepared.
Help us hire a world-class team. Coordinate interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and help create a great candidate experience as we triple the team.
Build and improve operational processes. Document how we work, identify bottlenecks, and help implement systems that allow us to move faster as we scale.
This is a generalist role with high exposure to how a startup operates. For the right person, it's a launchpad into a career in tech operations. There will be opportunities to specialise in different functions as we grow.
FAQs
Where is the office?
The whole team works together in an office right next to Warren Street tube station - there are lots of great places to grab lunch nearby.
Are you doing hybrid/remote?
Short answer: No, but flexible on a day to day basis.
Long answer: We are set on building the company on a foundation of an office based culture. We are a very early stage company and think that we'll build the best company at the fastest pace we can whilst also having a lot of fun by physically working together 5 days a week. On a case by case basis (e.g. leaving early for a holiday, staying home for a builder, working remote for a few days to visit family, etc. etc.) we're very reasonable and flexible. We respect that this is not for everyone.
What are the working hours like?
We think 9am-6pm will bring a great cadence to work. As a Founder's Associate there will definitely be times you need to pick up work outside of these hours, we're keen to limit this where we can but also offer flexibility in return.
Can you sponsor visas?
We are not able to sponsor visas for this role.
Compensation Range: £40K - £50K
