WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Working with our existing team to help build new and maintain existing features in the Trade Republic app
• Being involved in our feature processes, working closely with the product and design team to help refine our new features
• Work in a fast paced agile environment, where you will have the opportunity to take on responsibilities and ownership
• Work closely with other team members, helping to mentor, develop and grow the team
• Bringing your existing knowledge and best practices to enrich the knowledge and experience in the team
• Work in an open environment with a feedback driven culture
  

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• You are comfortable with Swift, programmatic UI and the basics of reactive programming
• You have a passion for a great UX and UI and you are keen to work closely with our designers to achieve this
• You care about quality, and know the best ways to achieve this both in code and for the product itself
• You are a well rounded software developer who understands the importance of communication
• You enjoy working in an agile environment and have a self-driven personality with a “hands-on” approach
• You have a team focused approach, wanting to share knowledge and help develop others in the team further
• You can identify and solve problems independently and efficiently
