ABOUT THE TEAM

We are building the top Product and Engineering organisation in Europe and are looking for a Lead Product Manager for our Platform Engineering element. You’ll be leading the structure that oversees teams such as Application Platform, Cloud Platform, Data Platform and Developer Experience with the goal of unlocking the full potential of product teams by providing easy to use, comprehensive and self-service platforms.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Managing a high-performing team of POs, Tech Leads and Engineers
  • Become the ultimate owner of Platform Engineering products, taking care of them from a 360 degrees perspective, from ideation to delivery, tracking performance and business impact
  • Understand your user and existing state-of-the-art solutions, and create a compelling product vision and roadmap
  • Analyze data to find the right problems to solve, and breaking solutions down into smaller executable chunks that deliver value
  • Work cross-functionally with your teams and stakeholders, interacting with security, compliance, data, and legal teams to craft solutions that will delight our users and provide value to the business

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • You have a mix of Product and Engineering experience working with technical products, i.e. platforms, distributed systems, SDKs, data foundations, etc.
  • You have a technical background and a passion for complex engineering problems
  • You have proven people management experience (2+ years)
  • Founder-mindset - you enjoy working in highly autonomous, ambiguous and fast paced environment
  • Strong analytical, prioritisation, organisational and problem solving skills
  • Experience in successfully working with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, security, operations)
  • High attention to details with a bias for action
