The People Department partners with our company leaders to enable them to make great decisions everyday. In tandem with all employees you create exceptional opportunities for growth and development. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Support the team in all employee life cycles connected to Talent Management, Culture, Engagement and Learning initiatives

  • Collaborate closely with other People Teams - Talent Acquisition, People Partners & People Operations

  • Prepare presentations and reports to support measuring the effectiveness of our actions

  • Support on coordination and scheduling of learning initiatives and focus groups

  • Show ownership and drive your own parts projects

  • Design new templates, handouts for presentations and take our People content to the next level



WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • You are available for at least 6 months, currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with a focus on Business Administration, HR, Psychology, Data Science or Consulting

  • Passion for the world of projects - you are comfortable with digging deeper into the specifics of learning and development and performance management

  • Passion for the world of people - you care about the company culture

  • You combine a highly empathetic personality and a strong service mentality

  • Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail

  • Outstanding team-player, detail-oriented, able to prioritise, organise and handle multiple assignments simultaneously in a hyper-growth environment

  • Strong communication skills and ability to prepare communication and presentation assets for various stakeholders

  • Fluent communication in English
