Marketeers effectively spread the word: In the Marketing Team we shape a brand that stands for the democratisation of wealth. We raise awareness for our mission by bringing the best creative talents together with the most data-driven marketeers. We are the face to our growth.



WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Own and drive the customer acquisition strategy for Influencer partnerships and Affiliate marketing programs across a subset of our 17 European markets
  • Own performance management, publisher sourcing, negotiations and onboarding to ensure continued progress towards growth targets
  • Oversee and nurture partner relationships
  • Collaborate on a day to day basis with the existing Affiliate & Influencer team as well as local Country Managers
  • Partner closely with the data organisation in improving tracking capabilities and measuring effectiveness
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams across growth marketing, brand marketing, social, PR and product



WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • +6 years of experience as Affiliate/ Partnerships Manager in a business-to-consumer and app-first business
  • +4 years of relevant experience at a high-growth technology company
  • Analytical mindset - i.e. you have experience with automating reports and you are confident in excel
  • Experience in managing external partners and vendors
  • Exceptional negotiation skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; thrives in highly collaborative projects, effective at building consensus, and ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • You are proficient in English plus either German, Spanish or Italian
