WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Conduct independent Compliance Monitoring and Testing Reviews of processes and controls regarding investments (WpHG), custody and complaints
• Communicate with internal teams regarding processes and controls
• Communicate with German and international regulators regarding customer complaints and oversight of Complaints management
• Support with annual external securities audit
• Preparation of reports for management and regulatory authorities

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Fluency in German and English is essential
• Ideally, at least two years of professional experience in the area of WpHG compliance in auditing or consulting firms in the banking or financial services industry
• General Knowledge of WpHG, MaComp as well as related European frameworks (MiFID, MAD, etc)
• Keen interest in being part of a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
