Overview
As the Senior Integrated Campaigns Project Manager, you will serve as the operational orchestrator for integrated campaigns across the Demand organization. This role is responsible for ensuring campaigns are consistently kicked off, clearly documented, well-coordinated, and actively monitored across functions and regions.
Sitting within the Integrated Campaigns team, this role partners closely with Campaign Managers and Demand team stakeholders to translate campaign and lifecycle strategy into a shared execution model.

This role establishes a shared operating model for Demand execution. By standardizing campaign kickoffs, documentation, coordination, and monitoring, you’ll drive stronger cross-functional integration, improve execution consistency, and increase campaign throughput across regions and channels.
Responsibilities
Own the operational orchestration of integrated campaigns across the Demand organization, ensuring consistent execution standards across functions and regions.
Lead campaign kickoffs across the Demand team, ensuring consistent inputs, roles, timelines, and expectations are clearly defined and documented.
Establish and maintain standardized campaign documentation, including execution plans, dependencies, readiness criteria, and status tracking.
Drive alignment on timelines, dependencies, and activation sequencing to ensure cohesive execution across teams and regions.
Monitor campaign execution and post-launch follow-through, identifying risks, gaps, or inconsistencies that could impact delivery or effectiveness.
Ensure lifecycle strategy defined by Integrated Campaigns leadership and Campaign Managers is consistently reflected in execution and does not stall after launch.
Surface cross-campaign execution insights related to follow-through, funnel stage, and activation sequencing to inform improvements to lifecycle-informed execution standards.
Define, evolve, and maintain cross-campaign processes, templates, and operating rhythms that improve execution consistency and scalability across the Demand team.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in integrated campaigns or demand generation or related project management within a global organization.
Proven experience coordinating complex, multi-team marketing initiatives across functions and regions.
Strong understanding of how Demand organizations operate and how different marketing functions contribute to campaign execution.
Demonstrated ability to drive alignment, consistency, and follow-through through influence rather than authority.
Experience establishing execution processes, standards, and operating rhythms.
Working knowledge of project management and marketing technology tools such as Asana, Salesforce, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS or technology marketing.
Experience working with global or regional marketing teams.
Familiarity with integrated campaign frameworks and lifecycle concepts.
Strong process-oriented mindset with a track record of improving execution consistency.

Compensation
Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation is determined by several factors, including but not limited to relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
The base salary range for this role in the United States is $118,000–$150,000. This role is also eligible for a target annual bonus of 15% of base salary, based on individual and company performance.
In addition to base pay and bonus eligibility, this role includes clear forms of additional compensation, such as:
