The Senior Product Marketing Manager for Agent & Application Experiences will own the go-to-market strategy for Alteryx's most forward-looking product portfolio. You will define how enterprises understand and adopt agentic AI capabilities, position Alteryx as the essential business logic layer for AI-powered workflows, and build programs that accelerate awareness, adoption, and revenue across every segment we serve.
What You’ll Do
Agent Studio & MCP Server
Own the end-to-end product marketing strategy for Agent Studio and Alteryx’s MCP Server, defining positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plays that articulate how Alteryx serves as the business logic backbone for agentic AI systems.
Develop persona-specific narratives for data engineers, IT architects, and AI/ML teams that demonstrate how Agent Studio and MCP Server enable governed, scalable automation at the enterprise level.
Partner with Product Management to shape the agentic AI roadmap narrative, translating headless AYX capabilities and workflow orchestration features into compelling customer-facing stories.
Build launch plans, sales enablement materials, and technical content for new Agent Studio and MCP Server capabilities, equipping GTM teams to drive trial and adoption.
Monitor the competitive landscape across agentic frameworks, process automation platforms, and enterprise AI tooling—surfacing insights that sharpen positioning and battlecard strategies.
Represent Alteryx in conversations with agentic AI ecosystem partners, positioning our platform as a trusted integration layer within broader AI orchestration architectures.
App Builder
Own the go-to-market strategy for App Builder, positioning it as the fastest, most governed path for analysts and workflow builders to deploy Alteryx solutions as shareable, scalable business applications.
Develop messaging that speaks to both builders (analysts, data engineers) and application consumers (line-of-business leaders, IT stakeholders) who depend on App Builder’s no-code/low-code application layer.
Create launch and enablement materials for App Builder updates, ensuring Sales, Partner, and Customer Success teams can confidently articulate value and competitive differentiation.
Identify and develop customer champions who have built high-impact applications, turning their stories into case studies, event presentations, and community content.
Partner with Platform PMM to ensure App Builder is consistently woven into the broader Alteryx One narrative and agent-ready application story.
Auto Insights & AI Skills
Define and maintain the positioning and messaging framework for Auto Insights, articulating its differentiated value in delivering automated, actionable intelligence without requiring data science expertise.
Develop use-case-driven content—including demos, customer stories, blog posts, and sales decks—that illustrates Auto Insights’ business impact across key industries and buyer personas.
Partner with Demand Generation to build pipeline campaigns highlighting Auto Insights’ capabilities in automated analysis, anomaly detection, and natural language storytelling.
Build early positioning and messaging for AI Skills as the portfolio evolves, partnering closely with Product to define the narrative ahead of general availability.
Work with Customer Success and Product to identify highest-value adoption moments and build programs that accelerate feature discovery and stickiness across the portfolio.
Agent & Application Portfolio Strategy
Develop and maintain a cohesive Agent & Application Experiences portfolio narrative that connects Agent Studio, MCP Server, App Builder, Auto Insights, and AI Skills into a unified, differentiated story about enterprise agentic AI.
Lead thought leadership programs—including executive content, event keynotes, analyst briefings, and partner narratives—that position Alteryx as a leader in enterprise AI orchestration and intelligent automation.
Partner with Product Strategy and Corporate Marketing to integrate Agent & Application messaging into company-level positioning, campaign themes, and brand storytelling.
Define and track adoption, awareness, and revenue metrics for the portfolio, delivering regular insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Act as the internal intelligence hub for agentic AI market trends, competitive moves, and customer sentiment—synthesizing inputs from analysts, customers, sales, and community to continuously sharpen strategy.
Sales & Field Enablement
Develop a comprehensive enablement curriculum for Agent & Application Experiences, including positioning guides, competitive battlecards, discovery question frameworks, and objection handling playbooks.
Partner with Revenue Enablement to deliver training programs that build seller confidence in articulating AI agent and application value propositions.
Create and maintain customer-facing demo assets, solution briefs, and ROI frameworks that support the full sales cycle from awareness through close.
Engage regularly with field teams—including AEs, SEs, and Partners—to gather feedback on messaging effectiveness and continuously evolve materials based on real-world conversations.
What You’ll Bring
7+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with significant experience marketing AI, automation, analytics, or data platform products.
Demonstrated ability to build and execute go-to-market strategies for complex, technical products across multiple personas and market segments.
Deep understanding of the enterprise AI, agentic automation, or analytics market landscape—including key competitors, analyst perspectives, and buyer dynamics.
Exceptional messaging and storytelling skills; ability to translate sophisticated agentic AI and workflow automation capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for both business and technical audiences.
Track record of collaborating effectively with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Generation teams in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with launch planning, sales enablement, and analyst relations for enterprise software products.
Comfortable working with product usage data, pipeline metrics, and campaign analytics to measure impact and guide strategy.
Genuine curiosity about AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise automation—you stay current on emerging trends and bring strong points of view into your work.
Experience with or passion for data analytics platforms; hands-on familiarity with Alteryx products is a strong advantage.
Compensation
Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation is determined by several factors, including but not limited to relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
The base salary range for this role in the United States is $140,000 - $185,000. This role is also eligible for a target annual bonus of 15% of base salary, based on individual and company performance.
In addition to base pay and bonus eligibility, this role includes:
A monthly Connectivity Plus stipend of $150 to support remote work-related expenses
An annual $200 home office reimbursement
