This role performs non-technical program and project coordination, as well as Alteryx One workflow creation using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery. The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings, progress tracking, and communication to bring distinct projects to completion on time and within budget.

In addition, this role will provide light executive assistant support to the CX Strategy & Offerings leader, including calendar coordination, meeting preparation, and follow-up activities.

This position is based in India and requires overlap with US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Project Coordination

  • Plan and manage programs to meet product delivery, quality, customer experience, and cost goals.
  • Act as a program team leader, coordinating efforts across assigned programs.
  • Review requirements, identify tasks, assign and coordinate resources, and create and track project schedules.
  • Ensure clear communication, timely issue resolution, and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Participate in the development of strategies related to program execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Workflow Development & Process Improvement

  • Create and maintain Alteryx One workflows using an internal customer perspective.
  • Leverage functional knowledge of customer experience within a SaaS environment to support program objectives and improve internal processes.
  • Complete tasks that contribute to larger projects and deliverables using standard tools, systems, and procedures, particularly Google Workspace and Alteryx One.

Executive Support

Provide light executive assistant support to the CX Strategy & Offerings leader, including:

  • Calendar and meeting management.
  • Preparing agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinating internal communications and scheduling across multiple time zones.

Collaboration & Decision Making

  • Work independently with general supervision, exercising judgment within defined procedures and practices.
  • Consult with senior or specialist staff members on complex or technical issues as needed.
  • Support effective communication and collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 2 years of functional experience in Customer Experience, Customer Success, Operations, Program Coordination, or a related role within a SaaS company.
  • Experience working on moderate to complex projects involving cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • General proficiency with project management tools, communication platforms, and productivity systems.
  • Ability to work independently while receiving moderate guidance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work overlap with US business hours and support a swing shift schedule of 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST while located in India.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting senior leaders with calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Experience with workflow automation and analytics platforms, preferably Alteryx One.
  • Familiarity with customer experience operations and SaaS business processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
