Location: 7th Floor, Urmi Corporate Park, Solaris Building-D, C.T.S.Nos.98B(Pt) and 98C of Village Tungwa, , District: Mumbai Suburban, Saki Vihar Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days working)

Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Assistant Manager - Admin & Facilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office utilities, supplies, fixed assets, housekeeping staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of office facilities. This role demands quick action on various issues and a strong focus on maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the office premises.

Key Responsibilities

Office Utilities and Supplies Management:

∙ Oversee The Procurement, Distribution, And Maintenance Of Office Supplies And Utilities. ∙ Ensure That All Fixed Assets Are Accounted For And Maintained In Good Condition. ∙ Conduct Regular Inventory Checks And Manage Stock Levels To Prevent Shortages. Housekeeping Management

∙ Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for maintenance.

∙ Schedule and monitor daily cleaning routines and ensure all areas are clean and well maintained.

∙ Address any housekeeping issues promptly and efficiently.

Issue Resolution

∙ Respond swiftly to issues related to electricity, internet, security, and other essential services. ∙ Coordinate with external service providers and contractors to resolve problems in a timely manner.

∙ Implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence of issues.

Hygiene And Cleanliness

∙ Ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the office.

∙ Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. ∙ Promote a culture of cleanliness and neatness among employees.

Desired Skills And Expertise

∙ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field. ∙ Minimum of 5+ years of experience in administration or facilities management. ∙ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

∙ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

∙ Ability to handle emergencies and resolve issues promptly.

∙ Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
