Qualifications

Preferrable 3-5 years of experience in customer facing roles, lead generation team

Management, Experience Or Related Roles.

Preferable if you have experience building teams.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience).
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a

diverse team.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Understanding of numbers and Microsoft excel is a must
Proficiency in using google suite (gsheets, gforms)
Ability to handle customer situations with empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving
